1 General Introduction and Applicability

To open an account on ek 33, the user must be at least 21 years old. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. ek 33 may request a national ID card or other proof of identity to verify age if needed.

2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, ek 33 reserves the right to suspend or cancel the accounts, and any bonuses in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, mobile number and email address provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. An account may be cancelled if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their password and login details confidential. Access to the account must not be given to anyone else. If any suspicious activity is noticed, ek 33 support must be informed immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at ek 33 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). Only deposits from a payment account registered in the same name as the user are accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

3.4 Fraudulent Activity

If evidence of chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, or deposits made through unauthorised payment methods is found, the account will be suspended immediately and the associated balance may be cancelled.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

ek 33 offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement on this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,500, making the balance ৳2,500, and before withdrawing, bets of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be placed.

4.2 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period — the specific offer's terms must be read before use.
• Systematically placing bets for the purpose of earning bonuses or making withdrawals (bonus abuse) is strictly prohibited.
• The wagering requirements of a previous bonus must be met before claiming a new promotional bonus.
• ek 33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

4.3 Other Promotions

The general policy of this section applies to all promotions, including weekend rewards, slots festivals, special cricket season offers, birthday gifts and referral benefits. Each offer has its own separate wagering requirements and claim process.

5 Game Rules and Fairness

5.1 Game Integrity

The results of all slots, live casino, sports betting and other games operated on the ek 33 platform are determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no manipulation or predetermined outcome.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game session is left incomplete due to network disconnection, software error or any other technical reason, ek 33 reserves the right to cancel that session. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to the user's account.

5.3 Cheating and Software Misuse

If any user is found using bots, automated software, cheating technology or any other unfair method, their account will be permanently closed and all deposited and won funds may be forfeited.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

ek 33's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier receives a weekly cashback, which is a set percentage of that week's net loss. Bronze members receive up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8% and Gold up to 1.2% cashback.

Example: if a Silver member's net loss in one week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

• VIP tier upgrades depend on the user's activity — ek 33 reserves the right to set the criteria for tier changes.
• Cashback is credited directly to the account and separate wagering requirements apply.
• If abuse of VIP membership is found, ek 33 reserves the right to withdraw the benefits.

7 Responsible Gaming Obligations
